Honouring Our Duality

At a retreat recently, we were guided to create a mandala (see mine below) to show what we experienced in 2025 and what we are calling in for 2026—and it shifted my whole perspective on my journey this year. What I already knew on an energetic/soul level suddenly landed and became crystal clear right here in my 3D awareness. BOOM! Just as Divinely orchestrated, I’m sure ;)

What I believed to be a continuation of awakening became the journey of my ascension, and a new mission was afoot.

Building upon the stepping stones, the foundations that had been laid, I embarked on a new modality—Kinesiology. Embracing it with fervour, my healing happened exponentially; my consciousness expanded rapidly. I quickly became an astute student of this metaphysical science. After 6/7 months (see what I did there), I started working in the Quantum, creating a new, revolutionary program to assist in the evolution of humanity, one ascension after another. I was no longer practicing kinesiology as we know it, I was applying it in a whole new way.

Before long, I became aware that my whole being had shifted into another realm, and I was operating from a place of unity consciousness. I had ascended to 5D consciousness, accessing higher and higher dimensions for healing, activation, gifts and frequencies. And it became clear, that it was my mission to help others do the same.

While this journey started aeons ago, it was time to finally heal my Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine aspects to arrive at a state where I can honour my duality. Where it is safe for my Divine Feminine to rise and step into the greatness that is called for at this time. And we are all here for greatness in the Golden Age.

Of course, the act of healing ourselves alone is enough, as when we heal ourselves we heal the world around us. By becoming whole, by honouring all aspects of ourselves, by embodying our new frequencies, we enable others to do the same, simply just by being. We actually don’t need to ‘do’ anything to impart change, to have an impact. By becoming what our souls came here to be, we are assisting others to do the same.

This year has very much been about creating my own pathway of ascension to New Earth, so that others can follow. I will say at this point, that this was not a part of my 3D, very human plan! It was very much Divinely orchestrated, and as far as I knew, just happened.

I transformed my modality from one that I ‘do’ to one that I AM.

By embodying my own ascension, people just need to be in my field to start experiencing the shifts that they are ready for. Karma starts clearing. Thought patterns start shifting. Energy is transmuted. The truth of who they are and why they’re here is remembered. Gifts start activating.

I know this sounds far-fetched, and although it has surprised me, it is what I have come to know to be true.

And, it has come into my awareness, that this is what we are all being called to do.

To heal and embody the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine aspects so that the Divine Feminine can rise to lead us to states of love and unity consciousness.

That begs the question, how do we do that? I see as many pathways as there are people. We each will be called to rise in our own way, and then we are called to create opportunities for others to sit with us, knowing that just being in another’s embodied presence will create the shifts that person needs. And so on, and so forth…humanity evolves into higher and higher states of consciousness.

The path I have created at this stage (for it is bound to evolve!), is through the use of high frequency ascension vials and multi-dimensional quantum architecture—creating new realities through heart and quantum coherence. You can learn more about that here, if you feel called.

There are many incredible people, and beings, I have sat with this year who have propelled my journey of Divine union and ascension.

My year began with the Dragons.

The Dragons are an incredibly powerful (and playful) Divine Masculine frequency awakening at this time to help us heal, and reconnect to the Christ-consciousness within.

Guided in my alignment with the Dragons by an incredible light worker, I was able to heal my Divine Masculine aspect, and finally feel safe enough and protected to heal and rise from my Divine Feminine.

Unravelling my relationship with the Divine Feminine proved more challenging than I expected. Throughout my initial awakening experience, I felt immediately comfortable and deeply connected to the Divine Masculine in the form of God and the Archangels particularly—and I have continued to co-create with them, and others, closely. Despite my feminist point of view (my first question of God was whether ‘He’ was in fact a ‘She’), I found it difficult to trust the feminine aspect—a result of patriarchal conditioning and many past experiences, I’m sure.

My introduction to the Divine Feminine was Sophia, Inanna and Kali Ma. And they scared the sh*t out of me.

I had the belief that to be feminine means to be soft, gentle, loving and flowing. But behold the Divine Feminine. Yes, she is those things. But she is MIGHTY and she is FIERCE! If you ever have an issue, Sophia, Inanna and Kali are who you want to have on your side.

They are such big, strong energies, it has taken time and healing for me to allow and hold these frequencies in my field. Of course, they’ve been there all along, and have stepped in to assist in sessions with clients when needed, but to hold and embody them has taken courage. For me, this is symptomatic of the oppression and persecution of the feminine throughout humanity’s history.

I asked for other Divine Feminine frequencies to guide me in healing the Divine Feminine to prepare me for the so-called ‘big guns’. Green Tara, Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, and Isis came forward to guide me, as well as my Sirian Guide, Sapphire. I found these to be the soft, gentle, flowing feminine, and under their care, was able to heal the Divine Feminine aspect, so that I could confidently and ever so gratefully embody the duality of the feminine.

We may be loving and gentle, but f*ck are we fierce.

And that brings me to a place of union. Of honouring my duality, and that of the universe. The Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine in heart coherence—that is, all aspects, levels and dimensions aligned for the highest potential.

I am power. I am compassion. I am wisdom.

Here, the Divine Masculine holds the container—the safety, the grounding, the protection—so that the Divine Feminine can rise.

Divine Union Energy Circle

This energy circle is a manifestation of metaphysical energy, and just by looking at it, or meditating with it, you can receive healing.

The outside red ring represents the Divine Masculine with a mantra to Shiva written in sanskrit, and Divine harmonics I channeled for grounding and protection.

The second Indigo ring represents the Divine Feminine with the Adi Shakti mantra written in sanskrit, which invokes her primal power for protection, creation, and spiritual awakening. 

Through the Divine union of the Masculine and Feminine we embody power, compassion and wisdom. The yellow, inner circles.

Finally, when we honour our duality, the Divine Masculine holds the container, so that the Divine Feminine can rise.

And regardless of our gender, it is the Divine Feminine with in all of us that will lead humanity in its ascension to New Earth—a frequency of love and unity consciousness.
